Fees are shown before VAT, which is added where applicable. Travel within 50 miles of our Staffordshire base is included.
Ten Signature weddings a year.
Not a slogan, a limit. Bianca plans and leads every Signature wedding herself, so the number stays small enough for each couple to have her full attention.

What you can hold us to.
Calm is not a mood. It is a set of habits, kept on every event, and written down so you can check them.
- Fee-only, always
- We take no commission from suppliers. Any discount we negotiate is yours.
- One working day
- Every enquiry is answered within one working day, personally.
- A proposal in 48 hours
- After our call you receive one clear recommendation and its fee, in writing.
- Updates every two weeks
- Signature clients hear from us at least fortnightly, whether or not anything has changed.
- Confirmed twice
- Every supplier is confirmed in writing two weeks and again 48 hours before the event.
- A written Plan B
- For weather, late suppliers and no-shows, on every event, before it is needed.
- You pay suppliers directly
- We never hold your money for venues or suppliers. The books stay clean.
- A follow-up within seven days
- A thank-you, a debrief, and anything left to tie up.

Bianca Grey founded Maison Albâtre with a single conviction: an event should feel effortless to the people at the centre of it.
Of Namibian heritage and at home in England for over a decade, she is self-made, and built the house around a love of occasions that are remembered long after the candles are out. She plans and leads every event in person. You will never be handed to a junior coordinator.
The people who come to her are usually short of time and rightly particular. They want three things: that it is beautiful, that it is theirs, and that nothing goes wrong. The house is built to answer exactly that.

Most Signature couples begin twelve to eighteen months ahead. This is what happens, and when.
Enquiry and discovery call
18–12 months. A reply within one working day, then a 20 to 30 minute call: date, guests, budget, vision, and your biggest worry.
Your proposal
Within 48 hours. One recommended service, a clear fee, and exactly what is included.
Booking and onboarding
On signing. Contract, welcome pack, planning timeline, a shared budget tracker and your check-in dates.
Design and planning
The months between. Design concept, venue and suppliers, with an update from us at least every two weeks.
Confirmations
Final eight weeks. Every supplier confirmed in writing, a venue walk-through, the rehearsal, and a written Plan B.
We are there
The day. On site from set-up to final handover. You are a guest.
For the evenings your company is judged by.
Christmas parties, client dinners, launches, awards nights and away days. One point of contact, a written proposal within 48 hours, and invoices your finance team will like.
