Who we are

Maison Albâtre Events is a wedding and corporate event planning business run by Bianca Grey, based in Staffordshire, England. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us. You can reach us at info@maisonalbatreevents.com.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you choose to give: your name, email address and phone number, and information about your event, such as its date, location, guest numbers, budget range and the vision you describe. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking on this website.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a call, and prepare a proposal. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We never sell your information, and we never share it with suppliers without your agreement.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in a secure database provided by Supabase, which acts as our data processor. This website is hosted by Render. Both are bound by data processing terms.

How long we keep it

If you do not go on to book, we delete your enquiry within twelve months. If you become a client, we keep the records we need for the contract and for accounting, for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You may ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to how we use it. Write to info@maisonalbatreevents.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Discretion

We do not name our clients or their guests, and we share photographs of an event only with permission.
