12% of the total wedding spend, with a £5,000 minimum.

For couples who want the whole wedding designed and carried for them, so they can be guests at their own celebration.

The Sculpted Edit

The Design Atelier

The booking payment is non-refundable and secures your date. A written cancellation scale for later payments is set out in our contract.

Questions couples ask first

How far ahead should we book?

For the Albâtre Signature, twelve to eighteen months is ideal, and we take ten Signature weddings a year. The Sculpted Edit works from six months out. Bookings made with less than six months to go carry a 20% short-notice supplement.

What does 12% of the wedding spend mean in practice?

We quote the £5,000 minimum up front. At the final payment we reconcile against the confirmed supplier spend: if 12% of that is more than the minimum, the difference is due; if not, you pay the minimum. You see every figure.

Do you take commission from suppliers?

No. We are fee-only. Suppliers are chosen on merit, any discount we negotiate goes to you, and you pay suppliers directly. We never hold your money.

Where do you work?

We are based in Staffordshire and plan weddings across England, at country houses, private estates, luxury hotels and marquees on family land. Travel within 50 miles is included; beyond that we charge mileage, and accommodation where needed.

Can we meet before we decide?

Of course. The discovery call comes first, at no charge. If you would like longer, a two-hour consultation is £150 and is credited in full if you book.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

Fees are shown before VAT, which is added where applicable.
