Terms, in plain sight

Clients pay venues and suppliers directly; we never hold your money. We take no supplier commission, so every recommendation is made on merit. Fees are shown before VAT, which is added where applicable and can usually be reclaimed by VAT-registered companies.

Bookings made less than six weeks before the event carry a 20% short-notice supplement.
